INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • salt/pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 hard roll, softened in milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Shape into balls about 2″ in diameter and drop into simmering sauce.
  3. Cook slowly 20-25 minutes, stir carefully.
