Creamy Spinach Pasta

Creamy Spinach Pasta

Kinda like fettuccine alfredo, but with a dash of green so it feels healthy.


  • 1 lb pasta
  • 1 stick (8 Tbsp) butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 10 oz box frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan


  1. Thaw spinach.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  3. In a saute pan, melt 1/2 stick of butter. Saute garlic and onion until tender. Add spinach and heat through.
  4. When pasta is cooked, drain and return to pot. Over low heat, add sauteed garlic, onions and spinach to pasta and mix well. Add remaining half stick of butter and all of the cheeses and the half & half. Mix thoroughly until butter and cheese has melted.
