Auto Draft
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 Tbsp flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp grated nutmeg
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups cooked vegetables
- 2 Tbsp minced basil
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Mix eggs, flour, salt, nutmeg, and pepper.
- Whisk in half and half and milk.
- Stir in cooked vegetables, cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
- Coat 4-quart (or larger) slow cooker with cooking spray and pour mixture into it.
- Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cook for 1 1/2 hours on high or until center is set.
