Ramen Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pkgs of Ramen Noodles use only 2 pkg. of seasoning
  • 1 bag shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 scallions chopped
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • Pinch of salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In large bowl, break up noodles. Add shredded cabbage, sunflower seeds, almonds and scallions.
  • In separate bowl, mix 2 ramen seasoning packets, oil, sugar, and vinegar together; pour over noodles and mix.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
