Slow Cooker Stroganoff


  • 1 lb stew beef
  • 1 small sweet onion chopped
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 1 lb egg noodles


  • Combine stew beef, sweet onion, cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix and Worcestershire sauce in slow cooker. Cook on low 7 hours.
  • Add mushrooms, cream cheese, and sour cream. Mix well. Continue to cook on low for another 30-60 minutes, stirring occasionally until cream cheese is incorporated.
  • Meanwhile, prepare egg noodles per package directions. Serve stroganoff over warm noodles.
