Slow Cooker Stroganoff
Steps
- Combine stew beef, sweet onion, cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix and Worcestershire sauce in slow cooker. Cook on low 7 hours.
- Add mushrooms, cream cheese, and sour cream. Mix well. Continue to cook on low for another 30-60 minutes, stirring occasionally until cream cheese is incorporated.
- Meanwhile, prepare egg noodles per package directions. Serve stroganoff over warm noodles.
