Yogurt with muesli, blueberries & pepitas

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup Non-fat plain Greek yogurt (7oz)
  • ¼ cup Muesli (0.7oz)
  • ¾ cup Blueberries (3.9oz)
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas) (0.3oz)

Steps 

  1. In a bowl, add the yogurt and top with the muesli, blueberries and pepitas.
  2. TIP: If you have a Sweets unit to spare for the day, swap muesli for granola.
