Hearty egg breakfast
Steps
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray with olive oil. Once hot, crack the egg into the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes, or until egg is cooked to your liking. Remove the egg.
- Spray skillet with more olive oil. Add the bacon and spinach. Turn the bacon once it starts to curl, continue flipping so that it browns evenly on both sides. Cook until the bacon is browned and spinach is wilted.
- Top warm toast with the fried egg and serve with spinach and bacon.
- Enjoy with a juicy clementine on the side.
