Hard Boiled Eggs

Ingredients  

  • eggs
  • water

Steps 

  1. Place eggs in sauce pan. Cover with COLD water.
  2. Heat eggs and water over HIGH heat until water comes to a rapid boil.
  3. Reduce heat and continue boiling eggs in a medium boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and run eggs under cold water or submerge in ice water to chill.
  5. Once eggs are cool, refrigerate.
