Hard Boiled Eggs

Ingredients

  • eggs
  • water

Instructions

  • Place eggs in sauce pan. Cover with COLD water.
  • Heat eggs and water over HIGH heat until water comes to a rapid boil.
  • Reduce heat and continue boiling eggs in a medium boil for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and run eggs under cold water or submerge in ice water to chill.
  • Once eggs are cool, refrigerate.
