Ingredients: 1 can (28 ounces tomato puree); 1 3/4 cups water; 1 Tbsp dried parsley; 2 tsp dried basil; 1 tsp dried oregano; 1/2 tsp dried thyme; 1/2 tsp dried marjoram (optional); 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper; 1/4 cup olive oil; 2 Tbsp granulated garlic powder; 1/4 cup red wine vinegar; 1 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
