NY Sauce & Cheese & Sausage Pizza

Ingredients  

  • 1 ball New York-Style Pizza Dough
  • cup Pizza Sauce
  • ¼ lbs shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded sharp cheddar
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp dried basil
  • tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp granulated garlic powder
  • ½ lbs italian sausage cooked and crumbled

Steps 

  1. Pull dough out of refrigerator 2 hours before you begin to stretch and shape it.
  2. Preheat oven and pizza stone
  3. Shape and stretch dough into a pizza-like shape.
  4. Cover stretched dough with sauce.
  5. Mix cheese and spices together and then sprinkle on pizza
  6. Sprinkle cooked sausage over pizza
