Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp milk
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • vegetable oil for frying

Steps 

  1. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and place in plastic container with tight-fitting lid.
  2. Add egg and milk to chicken and close lid. Shake Shake Shake to coat chicken pieces with egg-milk mixture.
  3. Put bread crumbs in a plastic bag. Using a slotted spoon, transfer chicken from egg-milk mixture to bread crumbs in bag. Close bag and shake shake shake to coat chicken.
  4. Fry chicken pieces in a 12″ frying pan for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and juices run clear.
