Chicken Nuggets
Steps
- Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and place in plastic container with tight-fitting lid.
- Add egg and milk to chicken and close lid. Shake Shake Shake to coat chicken pieces with egg-milk mixture.
- Put bread crumbs in a plastic bag. Using a slotted spoon, transfer chicken from egg-milk mixture to bread crumbs in bag. Close bag and shake shake shake to coat chicken.
- Fry chicken pieces in a 12″ frying pan for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and juices run clear.
