Chicken Nuggets
Better than that fast food place run by cows.
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- vegetable oil for frying
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and place in plastic container with tight-fitting lid.
Add egg and milk to chicken and close lid. Shake Shake Shake to coat chicken pieces with egg-milk mixture.
Put bread crumbs in a plastic bag. Using a slotted spoon, transfer chicken from egg-milk mixture to bread crumbs in bag. Close bag and shake shake shake to coat chicken.
Fry chicken pieces in a 12" frying pan for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and juices run clear.
