Creamy Portabella Tortellini

Ingredients  

  • 1 19- oz package frozen tortellini
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • ¼ panko bread crumbs
  • 1 18- oz can Progresso Recipe Starters creamy portabella mushroom
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Steps 

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat butter in sauce pan. Add bread crumbs and brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In same pan, heat recipe starter and cream cheese over medium heat until warm and well-blended. Add chives.
  4. Combine sauce and tortellini. Serve topped with toasted panko.
