Ingredients  

  • 3 oz Part-skim ricotta cheese 3 oz
  • ½ Whole-wheat English muffin 1.2 oz
  • 1 small Apple 5.3 oz
  • 4 Walnuts, toasted and chopped 0.3oz

Steps 

  1. Spread ricotta over English muffin half. Top with a few apple slices and sprinkle over walnuts. Enjoy the remaining apple slices on the side.
  2. TIP: If you have Sweets to spare, add a drizzle of honey over the top.
