Ingredients  

  • 2 oz Rotisserie chicken chopped
  • 2 tbsp Avocado mashed (1.1oz)
  • 2 slice Whole-grain bread (2.3oz)
  • 1 medium Tomato sliced (4.3oz)
  • 1 large handful Baby spinach (1.6oz)

Steps 

  1. In a small bowl, combine the chicken and mashed avocado.
  2. Spread one slice of bread with chicken avocado mixture. Top with a few slices of tomato and the spinach. Close with remaining slice of bread.
  3. Serve remaining slices of tomato alongside the sandwich.
