Chicken salad sandwich

Ingredients  

  • 12 oz Chicken, canned, premium chunk white in water drained weight
  • cup Celery, diced
  • ¼ cup White onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup Light mayo
  • 1 medium Lemon, juiced
  • 3 dashes Black pepper
  • 6 slices Whole-grain bread 6.9oz
  • 6 Lettuce leaves, outer 6oz

Steps 

  1. Combine the chicken, celery, onion, mayo, lemon juice and pepper in a container with a lid.
  2. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Divide mixture into three equal servings.
  3. Place one serving of the Classic chicken salad on one slice of bread. Top with lettuce leaves and second slice of bread.
