Chicken salad sandwich

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Chicken, canned, premium chunk white in water drained weight
  • cup Celery, diced
  • ¼ cup White onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup Light mayo
  • 1 medium Lemon, juiced
  • 3 dashes Black pepper
  • 6 slices Whole-grain bread 6.9oz
  • 6 Lettuce leaves, outer 6oz

Instructions

  • Combine the chicken, celery, onion, mayo, lemon juice and pepper in a container with a lid.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Divide mixture into three equal servings.
  • Place one serving of the Classic chicken salad on one slice of bread. Top with lettuce leaves and second slice of bread.
