Instructions
Combine the chicken, celery, onion, mayo, lemon juice and pepper in a container with a lid.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Divide mixture into three equal servings.
Place one serving of the Classic chicken salad on one slice of bread. Top with lettuce leaves and second slice of bread.
