Ingredients  

  • ½ cup Canned peaches in juice or a medium fresh 4.4oz
  • ½ small Banana, frozen or fresh 1.8oz
  • ¼ cup Old fashioned rolled oats, ground 0.7oz
  • 1 ½ tsp Peanut butter reduced sugar & salt 0.3oz
  • 1 cup 1% milk 8.3fl oz
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract 0.1oz

Steps 

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a glass and enjoy cold.
  2. TIP: If you prefer, you can swap the oats for 1 slice of whole-grain toast and spread the peanut butter on the toast rather than put it in the smoothie.
