Ingredients  

  • 1 tbsp Light mayo ½oz
  • 4 Rye crispbread 1.4oz
  • 1 cup Baby spinach 0.7oz
  • 3 oz Sliced deli beef, reduced sodium 3oz
  • 1 medium Radish, thinly sliced 0.2oz
  • 1 dash Black pepper
  • 1 medium Cucumber, sliced 7.1oz

Steps 

  1. Spread mayo over crispbreads. Top with spinach, beef and radish.
  2. Serve with sliced cucumber.
  3. TIP: You can add spices or seasoning to the mayo to add extra flavor.
