Turkey avocado wrap

Ingredients  

  • 2 tbsp Avocado 1.1oz
  • 1 Whole-wheat tortilla 1.4oz
  • 3 oz Turkey breast cooked, or low-sodium deli turkey 3oz
  • 1 small Cucumber, sliced 5.6oz
  • ½ cup Napa cabbage, shredded 1.2oz

Steps 

  1. Spread avocado over the tortilla. Layer with turkey, cucumber and cabbage. Roll to make a wrap. Enjoy!
