  • 1 extra small Banana, frozen 2.9oz
  • ¼ cup Old fashioned rolled oats 0.7oz
  • 2 tbsp Non-fat plain Greek yogurt 1oz
  • 1 cup 1% milk 8.3fl oz
  • 2 tbsp Avocado 1.1oz

Steps
