Acai breakfast smoothie (for one)

Ingredients  

  • ¼ cup Pear halves canned in water 2.2oz
  • ¼ cup Frozen acai pulp 2.1oz
  • ½ cup Baby spinach 0.3oz
  • 7 oz Non-fat plain Greek yogurt 7oz
  • ½ cup Old fashioned rolled oats 1.4oz
  • ½ tbsp Peanut butter reduced sugar & salt 0.3oz
  • 1 pinch Ground nutmeg

Steps 

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass. Sprinkle with an extra dash of nutmeg and serve.
  3. TIP: You can replace the peanut butter with tahini if you prefer.
