Baked Chicken, Broccoli & Rice

I used to make this all the time. It has been a while, so let's try it tonight.

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 cup water
  • ¾ cup long-grain white rice uncooked
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • parika

Instructions

  • Mix soup, water, rice and black pepper in a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Sprinkle chicken with paprika. Cover baking dish.
  • Bake at 375˚F for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
