Ingredients

  • 1 Whole-wheat tortilla, or two mini tortillas 1.4oz
  • ½ cup Black beans, low-sodium 4.2oz
  • ½ medium Tomato, whole, chopped 2.2oz
  • cup Red bell pepper, chopped 1.7oz
  • 2 tbsp Corn, canned 0.7oz
  • ½ medium Avocado, sliced 0.9oz
  • 1 Lime 2.4oz

Instructions

  • Warm the tortilla (or two mini tortillas) in the microwave. Once warmed, top with beans, tomato, bell pepper, corn and sliced avocado. Season to taste, squeeze over fresh lime juice and serve.
