Christmas Cookies

Rolled dough cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 pound light brown sugar
  • 1 pound butter
  • 2 eggs well-beaten
  • 6 cups flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F.
  • Cream butter and sugar together.
  • Add eggs and mix thoroughly.
  • Slowly add flour — working it well.
  • Chill 3 – 4 hours or over night.
  • Roll out thin on floured board. Cut shapes.
  • Brush with egg whites and bake 8 – 10 minutes.
