Christmas Cookies
Rolled dough cookies
Ingredients

light brown sugar

pound
butter
2
eggs well-beaten
6
cups
flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Cream butter and sugar together.
Add eggs and mix thoroughly.
Slowly add flour — working it well.
Chill 3 – 4 hours or over night.
Roll out thin on floured board. Cut shapes.
Brush with egg whites and bake 8 – 10 minutes.
