Soy & garlic chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce, low-sodium
  • 1 tbsp Sweet chili sauce, low-sodium
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 lb boneless and skinless Chicken breast, raw four 4-oz pieces

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sweet chili, 2 tablespoons water, garlic and lime juice. Marinate chicken in sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place marinated chicken on top. Bake chicken for 22 to 25 minutes until fully cooked through and no longer pink inside.
