Sweet Italian Sausage II
I don't like this recipe. I am keeping it here, to make sure I do not make it again. I think it has too much vinegar.
- 9 pounds ground pork
- 4 tablespoons Kosher salt
- 6 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 8 clove garlic
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons black pepper
- ¾ cup red wine vinegar
