The Other London Broil Marinade

Another way to marinate a London broil

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons meat tenderizer
  • 1 teaspoon Accent
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients. Pour over raw meat. Cover. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
