  • ½ cup Bran flakes 0.7 oz
  • 7 oz Non-fat plain Greek yogurt about a cup
  • 1 ¼ cup Berries, any type, use frozen if fresh not available 6.3 oz
  • 6 Almonds, unsalted 0.3 oz

Steps 

  1. Serve cereal with yogurt, berries and top with almonds.
