Tuna mayo & cucumber sandwich

Ingredients  

  • 3 oz Tuna, canned in water, drained, without salt 3oz
  • 1 ½ tbsp Light mayo 0.8oz
  • 2 slices Whole-grain bread 2.3oz
  • 1 small Cucumber, sliced 5.6oz

Steps 

  1. In a small bowl, combine tuna and mayo.
  2. Spread one slice of bread with the tuna mayo mix. Top with a few slices of cucumber. Season and close with remaining slice of bread. Serve remaining cucumber slices alongside the sandwich.
  3. TIP: Feel free to add any extra veggies that you may have in your fridge to your sandwich like onion or lettuce.
