Buffalo chicken wrap

Ingredients  

  • 1 5-oz can Chicken, canned, premium chunk white, in water, drained 4oz
  • 1 tsp Buffalo sauce 0.2oz
  • 2 tbsp Low-fat cream cheese, whipped 0.7oz
  • 1 Whole-wheat tortilla 1.4oz
  • 4 leaf Iceberg lettuce, medium, shredded 1.1oz
  • ½ cup Carrot, shredded 1.9oz

Steps 

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add chicken, buffalo sauce and cream cheese. Mix to combine.
  2. Place the bowl into a microwave and heat for 30 to 45 seconds, until warm. Stir and then spread chicken mixture onto the tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce and carrots and then roll to make a wrap.
