Ingredients  

  • 3 oz Part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1 slice Whole-grain bread, toasted 1.1oz
  • 1 small Pear, sliced 5.2oz
  • 4 Walnuts, broken into pieces 0.3oz
  • 1 dash Black pepper

Steps 

  1. Spread the ricotta onto the warm toast. Top with pear slices and walnut pieces. Season with pepper.
  2. TIP: If you have remaining Sweets, drizzle with honey.
