Ingredients  

  • 5 slices Canadian bacon 2.4oz
  • 2 slices Whole-grain bread 2.3oz
  • 1 tbsp Light mayo 0.5oz
  • 1 cup Baby spinach 0.7oz
  • 1 medium Tomato, whole, sliced 4.3oz

Steps 

  1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon. Turn the bacon once it starts to curl, continue flipping so that it browns evenly on both sides. Transfer to a plate.
  2. Spread mayo onto both slices of bread.
  3. Top one slice of bread with spinach, bacon and tomato. Cover with remaining slice of bread and enjoy.
