Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon. Turn the bacon once it starts to curl, continue flipping so that it browns evenly on both sides. Transfer to a plate.
Spread mayo onto both slices of bread.
Top one slice of bread with spinach, bacon and tomato. Cover with remaining slice of bread and enjoy.
