Ingredients  

  • 2 large Eggs 3.5oz
  • 1 tsp Pesto, low sodium 0.2oz
  • 2 2-second spray Olive oil spray 0.1oz
  • 1 slice Whole-grain bread, toasted 1.1oz
  • 1 small Pear, sliced 5.2oz

Steps 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and pesto.
  2. Spray oil in a non-stick skillet and heat over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture and stir until eggs are cooked through.
  3. Place the pesto scrambled eggs on top of the toast. Serve with a sliced pear on the side.
