Beef, green bean & mushroom stir-fry
Steps
- Prepare rice according to packet instructions.
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the garlic, ginger and beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes, or until browned. Add the mushrooms, green beans and soy sauce and cook for 2 minutes, or until green beans are just tender. Add half of the rice pouch to the skillet and stir to combine. (Store leftover rice in the fridge for another meal).
- Divide stir-fry between two serving plates and enjoy.
