Ingredients

  • 2 large Eggs 3.5oz
  • 1 tsp Pesto, low sodium 0.2oz
  • 2 2-second spray Olive oil spray 0.1oz
  • 1 slice Whole-grain bread, toasted 1.1oz
  • 1 small Pear, sliced 5.2oz

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and pesto.
  • Spray oil in a non-stick skillet and heat over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture and stir until eggs are cooked through.
  • Place the pesto scrambled eggs on top of the toast. Serve with a sliced pear on the side.
