Ingredients  

  • 1 ½ tbsp Low-fat cream cheese 0.8oz
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard 0.2oz
  • 2 slices Whole-grain bread 2.3oz
  • 3 oz Deli roast beef, sliced 3oz
  • 1 medium Tomato, whole, sliced 4.3oz
  • 1 cup Baby spinach 0.7oz

Steps 

  1. Combine cream cheese and Dijon mustard in a small bowl and spread onto one slice of bread.
  2. Top with roast beef, tomato and spinach. Close with remaining slice of bread.
