Ingredients  

  • 1 cup 1% milk 8.3fl oz
  • ½ cup Frozen cauliflower 2.3oz
  • 1 Dates, medjool, pitted 0.5oz
  • ½ extra small Banana 1.4oz
  • ¼ cup Old fashioned rolled oats, ground 0.7oz
  • 1 ½ tsp Peanut butter, reduced sugar & salt 0.3oz
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract 0.1oz

Steps 

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a glass and enjoy cold.
