Chicken & avocado wrap
Ingredients
- 3 oz Chicken breast, cooked, shredded
- ½ cup Cabbage, shredded 2.6oz
- 1 medium Green onion, chopped 0.5oz
- 2 tsp Hoisin sauce 0.4oz
- 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice 0.5oz
- 1 dash Black pepper, ground
- 1 Whole-wheat tortilla 1.4oz
- 2 tbsp Avocado, mashed 1.1oz
- ½ medium Cucumber, sliced 3.5oz
- 2 tbsp Carrot, shredded 0.5oz
Steps
- Combine chicken, cabbage and green onions in a bowl. Add hoisin sauce, lemon juice and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Spread tortilla with avocado, top with chicken mixture, cucumber and carrot. Roll to make a wrap.
