Ingredients  

  • 1 slice Whole-grain bread 1.1oz
  • 1 ½ tsp Almond butter 0.3oz
  • cup 1% Low-fat cottage cheese 5.3oz
  • 1 extra small Banana, sliced 2.9oz
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • 1 small cup Latte plain, nonfat milk 11.5oz

Steps 

  1. Toast the bread. Spread toast with almond butter and then add the low-fat cottage cheese.
  2. Top with banana and sprinkle with cinnamon to serve.
  3. Serve with a latte.
