Ingredients  

  • 1 cup 1% milk 8.3fl oz
  • ¾ cup Non-fat plain Greek yogurt 6oz
  • ½ small Apple, cored and chopped 2.6oz
  • ½ extra small Banana 1.4oz
  • ¼ cup Old fashioned rolled oats, ground 0.7oz
  • 1 ½ tsp Almond butter 0.3oz
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon, ground

Steps 

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth, then serve.
  2. TIP: Use frozen banana for a creamier consistency.
