Roast beef & mustard wrap

Ingredients  

  • 2 tsp Mustard, e.g. wholegrain, dijon 0.4oz
  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil 0.2oz
  • 1 cup Iceberg lettuce, shredded 2.5oz
  • 3 oz Sliced deli beef, reduced-sodium
  • 4 tbsp Carrot, shredded 1oz
  • ½ medium Cucumber, sliced 3.5oz
  • 5 Cherry tomatoes, halved 3oz
  • 1 Whole-wheat tortilla 1.4oz

Steps 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard and olive oil. Place the lettuce in another bowl, drizzle with the mustard oil dressing. Toss to coat the leaves.
  2. Lay the dressed lettuce, beef, carrot, cucumber and tomato in a row down the center of the tortilla. Season to taste. Tightly roll to make the wrap.
