Ingredients  

  • 1 Whole-wheat tortilla 1.4oz
  • 2 tbsp Avocado 1.1oz
  • 1 cup Baby spinach, or arugula 0.7oz
  • ½ small Cucumber, sliced 2.8oz
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper, chopped 5.3oz
  • 1 ½ oz Feta cheese, reduced-fat, crumbled 1.5oz
  • ¼ cup Red onion, chopped chopped, ¼ cup(s) (1.4oz)

Steps 

  1. Spread the avocado over the tortilla and top with spinach, cucumber, bell pepper, feta and red onion. Roll tightly to make a wrap.
  2. TIP: Enjoy this wrap fresh, or toast in a sandwich press for a warm option.
