Chipotle grilled cheese sandwich

Ingredients  

  • tbsp Light mayo 0.8oz
  • 1 tso Chipotle paste 0.2oz
  • 2 slices Whole-grain bread 2.3oz
  • cup Cheddar cheese, reduced-fat, shredded 1.3oz
  • ¼ cup Red onion, chopped 1.4oz
  • 1 small Tomato, thinly sliced 3.2oz

Steps 

  1. Preheat a sandwich press.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mayo and chipotle paste together.
  3. Spread both slices of bread with the chipotle mayo. Top one slice of bread with cheese, onion, tomato and cover with second slice of bread.
  4. Place sandwich in the sandwich press and toast for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!
