Ingredients  

  • 3 oz Chicken breast, cooked, shredded 3oz
  • 1 tbsp Light mayo 0.5oz
  • ¼ tsp Soy sauce, low-sodium
  • 1 medium Green onion, thinly sliced 0.5oz
  • 1 Whole-wheat bun, halved 2oz
  • ¼ cup Carrot, shredded 1oz
  • cup Bean sprouts 1.4oz
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, fresh 0.2oz

Steps 

  1. Shred the chicken and combine with mayo, soy sauce and green onion.
  2. Top one half of the roll with the chicken mixture, carrot and bean sprouts. Scatter over cilantro and close to make a tasty roll.
  3. TIP: For cooler days, toast the sandwich in a sandwich press.
