Ingredients

  • 3 oz Chicken breast, cooked, shredded 3oz
  • 1 tbsp Light mayo 0.5oz
  • ¼ tsp Soy sauce, low-sodium
  • 1 medium Green onion, thinly sliced 0.5oz
  • 1 Whole-wheat bun, halved 2oz
  • ¼ cup Carrot, shredded 1oz
  • cup Bean sprouts 1.4oz
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, fresh 0.2oz

Instructions

  • Shred the chicken and combine with mayo, soy sauce and green onion.
  • Top one half of the roll with the chicken mixture, carrot and bean sprouts. Scatter over cilantro and close to make a tasty roll.
  • TIP: For cooler days, toast the sandwich in a sandwich press.
