Cheddar wrap with sweet chili mayo
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup Cheddar cheese, reduced-fat, shredded 1.3oz
- ½ cup Napa cabbage, shredded 1.2oz
- 2 tsp Sweet chili sauce, low-sodium 0.4oz
- 1½ tbsp Light mayo 0.8oz
- 1 medium Green onion, green and white parts, chopped 0.5oz
- 1 Whole-wheat tortilla 1.4oz
- ½ medium Cucumber, sliced 3.5oz
- ¼ cup Carrot, shredded 1oz
Steps
- Combine cheddar cheese and cabbage in a bowl. Add the sweet chili, mayo and green onions. Mix well to combine.
- Spread cheese mixture over tortilla. Add cucumber and carrot. Roll to make a wrap.
- TIP: For cooler days, toast wrap in a sandwich press or a non-stick frying pan for a warm lunch option. If you prefer, add the salad vegetables after toasting or serve on the side.
